Two educational films have been produced by the Association to raise awareness about the effects of 9/11 on Canadian Muslims.  

The Association has organized and participated in many seminars, panel discussions and interfaith dialogues too numerous to list.

NO DISTANCE BETWEEN US 

The Association of Progressive Muslims  produced a public education documentary film titled “No Distance Between Us” in 2003. This film addresses the issues faced by the Canadian Muslim community after 9/11.  It also deals with the issues of racism and hatred.

FRAGILE  MOSAIC

Produced by the Association in April 2007, this educational film documents the effects of 9/11 on Canadian Muslims and the problems that persist even though 6 years have passed since the tragic event.
